INGREDIENTS:



1. BASMATI RICE
2. GREEN CHILLIES
3. ONIONS FINELY CHOPPED
4. GINGER GARLIC PASTE
5. TOMATO CHOPPED PIECES OR TOMATO PUREE
6. GARAM MASALA
7. CARDAMOM,CINNAMON,CLOVES,BAY LEAF
8. CORIANDER
9. YOGURT
10. SALT
11. CHILLI POWDER
12.VEGGIES(POTATOES,CARROT,BEANS,CAULIFLOWER  IF AVAILABLE)
13. GHEE OR OIL



PROCESS :



1. KEEP THE COOKER ON THE FLAME ,AFTER THE COOKER IS HEAT SLIGHTLY.

2. ADD OIL,AFTER THE OIL IS HEATED ADD CARDAMOM,CLOVES,CINNAMON,BAY LEAF.

3.ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND CHOPPED ONIONS ADD  SALT SO ONIONS WILL COOK FAST .

4.AFTER THE ONIONS ARE SLIGHTLY COOKED,ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE.

5.COOK  FOR 5 MINS THEN ADD THE VEGGIES.

6. IMMEDIATELY ADD YOGURT AND TOMATOES

7. STIR THE VEGGIES FOR ABOUT 10  MINS THEN ADD GARAM MASALA,CHILLIE POWDER, REQUIRED SALT.

8.ADD THE BASMATI RICE AND STIR WITH VEGGIES FOR ABOUT 5 MINS .

9.THEN ADD REQUIRED WATER FOR THE BIRYANI.

10.CLOSE THE COOKER WITH WHISTLE.

11. 2-3 WHISTLES IS ENOUGH FOR BASMATI RICE.
