INGREDIENTS:

1.  PANEER 

2. TOMATOES

3. ONIONS

4. CASHEW NUTS

5. DRY RED CHILLIES

6.  JEERA

7. CORIANDER POWDER,SALT,CHILLY POWDER

8. OIL,BUTTER,SUGAR


PROCESS:


1. PLACE THE KADAI ON THE STOVE. ONCE THE KADAI IS HEATED ADD SOME BUTTER AND OIL.


2. ADD JEERA,SLICED(ONIONS,TOMATOES)


3.ADD DRY RED CHILLIES REQUIRED 


4. ADD SOME CASHEW NUTS


5. STIR THEM UNTIL COOKED ADD SOME SALT SO THEY COOK  FAST.


6.AFTER COOKED COOL THIS DOWN AND ONCE  IT COOLS  GRIND THE MIXTURE TO PASTE.


7. THE PUREE FOR THE PANEER BUTTER MASALA IS READY.


8. NOW AGAIN PLACE THE KADAI ON THE STOVE.ADD SOME OIL.ONCE THE OIL IS HEATED ADD LITTLE CHILLIE POWDER.


9.ADD THE GRINDED PUREE .AND ADD SOME WATER FOR CONSISTENCY.


10. CLOSE THE KADAI WITH A LID .LET IT COOK FOR ABOUT 5-10 MINS.


11.ADD REQUIRED SALT,CORIANDER POWER AND ADD HALF TABLE SPOON OF SUGAR AND STIR WELL.


12. ADD THE CUBED SLICES OF PANEER TO THE MIXTURE AND STIR AND CLOSE THE KADAI WITH LID.


13. LET IT COOK FOR ABOUT ANOTHER 5 MINS.


14.SWITCH OFF THE STOVE.
